When connecting to the internet from home you may need to change a setting to allow the laptop to connect.

Once the laptop has joined your home wireless network, follow the below settings.

1. Find the IEtoggle proxy icon on your desktop and click it
2. A green dot will appear in the area next to the clock, click this once to turn off a setting, the dot will turn grey.
   
   
3. Close any browsers you already have open then reopen. You should now be able to connect to the internet.
